Christie B. Taylor is a radio veteran whose journey into film was fostered by a Saturday routine of taking in double matinees for relaxation. A life of writing poetry and songs segued into screenwriting in 2000. Her first screenplay, N-Secure, independently produced, is distributed by Twentieth Century Fox. With the near completion of a MFA in Professional Screenwriting, in 2014, she launched her professional script consult service, The Script Polishers; developed a screenwriting course, Flip The Script, for novice and intermediate screenwriters; and joined forces with her Grammy Award winning brother, Michael-Anthony Taylor, to lay the groundwork for Black Lava Films, a home distribution company, which will focus on releasing high caliber, independent films and documentaries beginning in 2016. She recently completed a book adaptation, and is assisting with packaging the project for production. Truly her favorite pastime has become her second act.
Linda O. Olszewski is one of the most passionate and knowledgeable people in the short film industry. Leo Hall has been working in the television/video/film industry since 1993. He grew up in Chicago, IL and graduated from Memphis State University (Univ. of Memphis) with a degree in Engineering. Leo started his industry career by working on local programming in Memphis, TN. In 1995, he moved to Nashville and produced a gospel music video program, called “It’s Time”. He has worked on various video projects for several clients in the Nashville and Middle TN area. His work has appeared on national programming as well.
