Christie Taylor, Acquisitions Coordinator, Black Lava Films / Script Consultant, The Script Polisher

Her first screenplay, N-Secure, independently produced, is distributed by Twentieth Century Fox.  With the near completion of a MFA in Professional Screenwriting, in 2014, she launched her professional script consult service, The Script Polishers; developed a screenwriting course, Flip The Script, for novice and intermediate screenwriters; and joined forces with her Grammy Award winning brother, Michael-Anthony Taylor, to lay the groundwork for Black Lava Films, a home distribution company, which will focus on releasing high caliber, independent films and documentaries beginning in 2016. She recently completed a book adaptation, and is assisting with packaging the project for production. Truly her favorite pastime has become her second act.
